Korean Beef Bulgogi
INGREDIENTS
- Sliced Ribeye Steak: 1.5 Lb.
- Sliced Medium Size Onion: 1 qty
- Sliced Green Onion: 1 qty
- Medium Size carrot: 1 qty
- Garlic Clove: 1 qty
- Mushroom: 2 qty
Bulgogi Marinade
- Sliced Ribeye Steak: 1.5 Lb.
- Sliced Medium Size Onion: 1 qty
- Sliced Green Onion: 1 qty
- Medium Size carrot: 1 qty
- Garlic Clove: 1 qty
- Mushroom: 2 qtySesame Oil: 2 Tbs
- Soy Sauce: 2 Tbs
- Sugar: 1 Tbs
- Sesame Seed: 2/1 Tbs
- Minced Garlic: 2/1 tbsp
- Ground Black Pepper: Pinch
HOW TO COOK
- Mix Bulgogi Marinade and Sliced Ribeye Steak and let it aside for about 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- While it's marinating, you can prepare vegetables.
- Pour a tablespoon of cooking oil into a medium heated Ace Cook frying pan. Add marinated ribeye steak and cook for 2 minutes. And add carrots, onion, mushrooms, and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Stir them until the meat is cooked thoroughly. See video.
- And sprinkle sliced green onion and sesame seed.
- Serve with rice or spring mix salad.
