Korean Beef Bulgogi

INGREDIENTS

  • Sliced Ribeye Steak: 1.5 Lb.
  • Sliced Medium Size Onion: 1 qty
  • Sliced Green Onion: 1 qty
  • Medium Size carrot: 1 qty
  • Garlic Clove: 1 qty
  • Mushroom: 2 qty

Bulgogi Marinade

  • Sliced Ribeye Steak: 1.5 Lb.
  • Sliced Medium Size Onion: 1 qty
  • Sliced Green Onion: 1 qty
  • Medium Size carrot: 1 qty
  • Garlic Clove: 1 qty
  • Mushroom: 2 qtySesame Oil: 2 Tbs
  • Soy Sauce: 2 Tbs
  • Sugar: 1 Tbs
  • Sesame Seed: 2/1 Tbs
  • Minced Garlic: 2/1 tbsp
  • Ground Black Pepper: Pinch



HOW TO COOK

  1. Mix Bulgogi Marinade and Sliced Ribeye Steak and let it aside for about 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  2. While it's marinating, you can prepare vegetables.
  3. Pour a tablespoon of cooking oil into a medium heated Ace Cook frying pan. Add marinated ribeye steak and cook for 2 minutes. And add carrots, onion, mushrooms, and cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. Stir them until the meat is cooked thoroughly. See video.
  5. And sprinkle sliced green onion and sesame seed.
  6. Serve with rice or spring mix salad.
