BULGOGI MARINADE
Sliced Ribeye Steak: 1.5 Lb. Sliced Medium Size Onion: 1 qty Sliced Green Onion: 1 qty Medium Size carrot: 1 qty Garlic Clove: 1 qty Mushroom: 2 qtySesame Oil: 2 Tbs Soy Sauce: 2 Tbs Sugar: 1 Tbs Sesame Seed: 2/1 Tbs Minced Garlic: 2/1 tbsp Ground Black Pepper: Pinch
HOW TO COOK
Mix Bulgogi Marinade and Sliced Ribeye Steak and let it aside for about 30 minutes in the refrigerator .While it's marinating, you can prepare vegetables. -
Pour a tablespoon of cooking oil into a medium heated Ace Cook frying pan . Add marinated ribeye steak and cook for 2 minutes. And add carrots, onion, mushrooms, and cook for another 2 minutes. Stir them until the meat is cooked thoroughly. See video. And sprinkle sliced green onion and sesame seed. Serve with rice or spring mix salad.
