Refund policy
We have a '30 Business Days' return policy, which means you have enough time to request a refund, exchange, or store credit after receiving your item.
We DO NOT accept refund, return or exchange after 30 business days, and items returned to us without approval are NOT accepted.
Your merchandise must be in its original condition, unused, with all packages, all parts, and quantities to be eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.

You must contact support@ace-cook.com to get approval to return the merchandise.The shipping fee is the buyer's responsibility. We won't refund the original shipping fee.
INCORRECT / DAMAGED ITEM
First of all, we apologize for the inconvenience.You must contact support@ace-cook.com to get approval to return the merchandise with proof of pictures that you have received the incorrect or damaged item(s).
Once it's approved, we'll send you a return shipping label via email.
Use proper packaging to return the merchandise and drop off the package at the desginated carrier.
EXCHANGE REQUEST
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is by making a separate purchase for the new item.And then, you may request the original order for a refund.
Please note that the shipping fee is the buyer's responsibility, and we won't refund the original shipping fee.
HOW LONG WOULD THE REFUND TAKE?
Once we receive the merchandise in its original conditions and quantities, we will refund it right away.Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the credit.
